Nancy is six.  She has arthritis in her ankles, shoulders and hocks.  She is just recovering from surgery on both elbows to insert titanium screws to mend stress fractures.  She is now on half hour free walks three times a day but has developed a mild limp in her right front leg.  I have been to our vet who could find nothing wrong, but thought it could be one or all of three things:  she has regular Librela injections, normally every six weeks, and perhaps should have them more frequently, she needs to lose two kilos as with the restricted exercise since end of May she has put on a little weight or she may have just done a bit too much now that she is running free.  She's had her Librela, I am restricting her food intake and am being careful about exercise and letting her swim when she can, as recommended by the vet.  If she is no better in two weeks, I have to go back to the vet.  When the limp started a week ago, I gave her five days of Metacam but that made no difference.  I live alone and have no family to support me and would love to here other owners' experiences, if the same sort of thing has happened to their dogs.  I may have to go back to the vet hospital where the surgery was done and pay £500 for an xray under sedation.  My insurance has paid up to the limit for the year, so have to fund treatment myself.  Grateful for any help.
