Archer's ideal home

Archer is a energetic boy and a typical spaniel who is full of curiosity. He will suit an active home where he can be included in fun days out. He is instantly friendly and can live with children 12+. Archer is good with other dogs but can be a bit full on at times, he can potentially live with another dog to match his personality or a dog that is super relaxed and comfortable around high energy dogs. Archer has come to us as a stray so will need some guidance on house training and travel in the car. Time alone will need to be build up slowly as Archer will need time to adjust to his new home.

Could you be Archer's perfect match?

Archer is a lovely lively boy he is looking for a active home where he will get lots of fuss along with physical and mental stimulation. He is a clever boy and eager to learn. He likes treats and takes them nicely so this will be useful for further training. Archer loves his toys and will carry them around all day. He does become a little obsessed with his favourite, so swap games would be advisable to help with training on relinquishing items. Archer will be a great companion to have around a make a lovely new addition to any family looking for a fun and active new member to join them.

Springer Spaniel Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Springer Spaniel.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
