Barnie

Barnie's ideal home

Barnie is a sensitive soul, he is looking for understanding owners who will go at his pace and give him plenty of time to find his paws. He will need multiple visits to the centre before he goes home as he can be worried by new people to begin with. Once he gets to know you he enjoys sniffing and carrying around his favourite toys- he also loves his food. Barnie is looking for an adult only home with few visitors where he can investigate things at his own pace.
He was previously housetrained and could be left for up to 4 hours, but may need a refresher in his new home. Barnie is very worried for veterinary handling, and will need to be muzzled during vet visits- he gets lots of yummy treats during his training. Barnie would love a garden where he can sniff and play his favourite games and find a sun spot to bathe in.

Could you be Barnie's perfect match?

He will need to be the only dog for now but could socialise with calm dogs when out on his walks. He is a sweet lad looking for a family to go at his pace.
