Cooper

Cooper's ideal home

We are looking for an adult only home for Cooper that has a secure private garden with at least 6ft fencing and no visiting children to the household. He would appreciate a quieter home away from too many people and other animals. His adopters should aware that Cooper has been known to guard food and other items that he finds of value in previous homes. He will require on-going training and management around this, in particular a set area for feeding and to retreat too. Alongside this, Cooper is also working on a muzzle training programme for the vets, improving his dog skills, a drop/leave it cue and he will need a visitor programme put in place to ensure he is feels safe and comfortable when visitors do come over. Cooper can be dog friendly but is picky with his selection of friends, because of this we would like to rehome him as only dog and he cannot live with cat or small furries. Cooper can be worried about being left alone so would love a home devoted to spending time helping him at least whilst he settles in. Anytime left on his own should be built up slowly.

Could you be Cooper's perfect match?

Cooper is a 1-year-old Beagle X Spaniel, and don’t we know it! Clearly proud of his heritage, he likes to follow his nose! This handsome, energetic boy loves sniffy walks, his food and playing with toys. Cooper is looking for owners who will enthusiastically collaborate with him to overcome his challenges and continue his training to allow him to flourish!
